In Chus Mateo Academy we are working hard looking for the best way, under the circumstances, to be able to carry out this year’s VI INTERNATIONAL CAMPUS FOR TECHNICAL IMPROVEMENT.
We are doing everything possible to be able to do it with all the guarantees for the players, we want you to be calm. As we informed you a few days ago, and since it is still difficult to know exactly the final circumstances, we want to transfer our roadmap and give you several options that you can assess, both those who have already made the reservation of place and those who still are thinking what to do, what interests you the most.
1.- Given that the situation has evolved positively in recent weeks, we are going to wait 15 more days (until June 1st) to make a final decision in this regard.
2.- We need to know if there will be national or international mobility restrictions on the scheduled date for the celebration of the Campus or if there will be special permits in certain circumstances.
3.- We need to know what will be the rules that regulate the conditions for gathering people, that there is no excessive limitation of capacity and that the conditions allow the normal operation of the work to be carried out with the participants. So we are waiting to receive clear instructions on how to proceed to guarantee the health of our participants.
4.- If CMA finally decides to organize the VI International Campus for Technical Improvement, it will be because the health and safety of our participants is 100% guaranteed.
5.- Notwithstanding the foregoing, we offer you the following options from today, May 15th:
- 100% refund of the advanced payment so far from next week. To proceed in this way, we will need you to reply or write to chusmateoacademy@gmail.com indicating the name of the targeted player and the full account number (IBAN) in which you want to receive the refund.
- Wait 15 more days (until June 1st) so that we can have the final decision about the Campus celebration.
- Maintain the reservation for the 2021 Campus celebration, with a 10% discount on the price planned for this year 2020.
As you can see, in the event that this year’s Campus cannot be held, our options are completely flexible and without expenses for the participants, in order to make everything as simple as possible.
Nothing would make us more excited than being able to do the Campus this year, recover the activity and return to share the experience of practicing and teaching basketball with the players. We will keep you informed. Meanwhile, keep taking care of yourself and transfer your impressions to us if you want, we will be happy to listen to you.
